Football Accumulator Tips – Thursday 29th October

Football accumulator tips for a quiet Thursday evening as we gear up to the weekend. There's a few fixtures around and our tipsters have found the best bets for the evening.

Football Accumulator Tips:

Sampdoria v Empoli – Sampdoria to win and Both Teams to Score

Sampdoria have been flying here at Stadio Luigi Ferraris and they have yet to lose. They have the 2nd best home form in Serie A and the only points they have dropped was when they drew 1-1 with Inter Milan. Considering the start to the season their opponents have made, that result is credible. They have beaten Hellas Verona 4-1 and put 2 past AS Roma and Bologna. They have 13 points from their opening 5 home games and they host Empoli, who have just 1 win to their name on the road. Their only victory came away at Udinese, who have had a torrid start to their season, they have been on losing side in all their remaining away games which include defeats at AS Roma and Frosinone, On the goals front, Empoli have conceded in each and every one of their away games whilst Sampdoria have scored in all of their, but conceded in 80% of them. Sampdoria may be playing well, but they've conceded in each of their last 6 games whilst Empoli have scored in their last 3.

Kortrijk v Anderlecht – Under 2.5 goals

The two best defences meet in the Belgian Jupiler League. We normally like backing the goals in this league and Anderlecht have been scoring plenty, they hit 3 at the weekend, but they come up against a side who have conceded just 1 goal at home all season and been involved in 3 0-0 draws here. Anderlecht have only conceded 4 goals themselves on the roads and between them – in 24 games, they've conceded just 18 goals. Kortrijk don't score many either, just 10 goals in 12 games, so it is imperative they keep things tight at the back to keep them afloat in the table. A clean sheet in their last 5 home games is an impressive record at any level and whilst they may struggle against Anderlecht, it shouldn't be a high scoring game.

Leeds v Blackburn – Both Teams to Score? Yes

A rare Thursday night fixture in the Championship and it's from Elland Road. Steve Evans has taken over and so far overseen two draws, both of which ended 1-1. He is a manager who likes to attack and his side have been scoring goals. They've scored in each of their last 3 games, but a major concern for Evans and his backroom staff is the leaking defence. They've conceded at least 1 goals in an amazing 11 consecutive matches and they need to get this hole in their defence plugged sooner rather than later. Blackburn have been keeping clean sheets left, right and centre at Ewood Park, but they've been a little more generous on their travels having conceded in each of their last 6 games. Leeds have no clean sheet at home, Blackburn have no shutout away. This should lead to at least a goal each.
