Leeds v MK Dons – Leeds win

There's still a lot of instability around Leeds and Cellino doesn't help matters by attempting to ban broadcasting companies from Elland Road. On the pitch, there is a lot more to cheer and under Steve Evans they are now unbeaten in six games. They weren't far from beating high flying Derby on Tuesday night, but were pegged back by a Tom Ince goal. 12 points from the six games is a pretty decent return and the draws at home to Derby and away at Forest were very credible. Sam Byram is just one of the players who appears to be flourishing under Evans and they look decent value to continue their unbeaten run. MK Dons have been patchy of late, but they don't have any luck away from home and haven't picked up maximum points on the road since the opening day of the season. They've won recently at Stadium: MK against Cardiff and Sheffield Wednesday, but they are the only wins since the start of November and they will find it hard to get anything here.

Walsall v Rochdale – Walsall win

Walsall don't need Dean Smith it seems! Many thought that his departure for West London would knock the Saddlers, but Sean O'Driscoll has come in and steadied the ship and it's been a smooth ride so far. They've won all of their last five games and have conceded just three goals during that run. They've only lost one of their last eight games and that was away at a rejuvinated Swindon. Rochdale are a good home side, but are inconsistent on the road and a 1-1 draw with Scunthorpe on Monday prevented it being three defeats on the spin. They've picked up 11 points from the last eight games, which is midtable form and they will find it hard to bring anything back from the West Midlands.

Scunthorpe v Wigan – Wigan Draw No Bet

Wigan are back on track after a brief wobble, losing twice in three matches, but they have won their last two away matches and haven't played at the DW Stadium because of recent weather conditions. They've only conceded one goal during their last four away matches and have taken 19 points from their last 12 games on the road. They travel to Scunthorpe, who have been average throughout the campaign and Mark Robins has called for further consistency in 2016. They've picked up just a single point from their last four matches at Glamford Park and scored just the one goal. Gary Caldwell has a greater firepower to call upon and that may prove the difference. Jordy Hiwula scored against Fleetwood and he is a player who scores in streaks and Michael Jacobs is in form. They should be able to get something here.

Burton v Blackpool – Burton win

Another team who have been playing well despite the change of management is Burton Albion. It must be nice for a new manager to waltz in and make few changes to a winning side. That's the good fortune that has faced Nigel Clough as he has taken over at Burton for the 2nd time. The Brewers are in decent form and won again on Monday against Swindon. They face Blacpool, who up until their 4-2 demolition by Barnsley were playing well. The Seasiders are a side who play in streaks and confidence is key to this young side. Although they have been keeping clean sheets, conceding four to a relegation rival won't help matters and they will find it hard to break down an organised Burton side. Burton have scored eight goals in their last three home matches and should be good for a few more here.

Northampton v Barnet – Northampton win

Barnet's away form is still a huge problem this season for Martin Allen and the North London side will look to replicate their form at the Hive elsewhere. Sixfields is a difficult place to go and Accrington came away with nothing on Monday, despite causing problems for Newport. Chris Wilder's side have only lost one of their last eight and won six of them. They have taken 25 points from their 12 home games this season whilst it's still just five points from 12 away matches for the Bees. Just 11goals conceded at home is part of the base on which Northampton have built their good home form and they look set to continue that today.
