Augsburg v AZ – Both Teams to Score? Yes

It was somewhat of a surprise when the last match between these was settled by just a single goal. That went the way of Augsburg, who won their first ever Europa League point, having lost their previous two games. The Bundesliga strugglers deserved their victory and will look to carry on the momentum here. They come up against an AZ side, who since their last meeting, gave Feyernoord a run for their money in a 3-1 loss and were beaten at home 2-4 by NEC Nijmegen. They haven't picked up any points, but they've always looked a threat and have scored a few goals along the way. AZ are a very forward thinking side under John Van Den Brom and I think they will score here, as they look to avenge their defeat at home. Augsburg drew 3-3 at the weekend and haven't managed to keep a clean sheet domestically since the 20th September. They've also only failed to score once since the end of August. Hopefully we'll see a few more goals this time around.

Spurs v Anderlecht – Both Teams to Score? Yes

Despite scoring early, Spurs were beaten by Anderlecht in a performance that left manager Mauricio Pocchetino fuming. His side are amidst a decent run of form domestically and their latest victory came here against Aston Villa on Monday night. The incentive here for the home side is a return to the top 2 in the group with games against Monaco and Quarabag still to come. They have been very impressive at White Hart Lane, winning 3 and drawing 3 and it might be tough for Anderlecht. However, Spurs often concede as they did to Aston Villa, Swansea, Bournemouth and Man City. The Belgians have only failed to score once all season, that was at home to Racing Genk and they should be able to get on the scoresheet here. They have the dangerous Daniel Praet and Stefano Okaka who will find the net.

Belenenses v Basel – Both Teams to Score? Yes

Belenenses sent shockwaves through the Europa League community with their victory in Switzerland on the last matchday. They put 2 past Basel and shocked the Swiss side who will be looking to avenge that defeat and aim to continue their superb away form in the competition. Belenenses have been battered a few times away from home this season, the latest being at Sporting Braga, but at home they tend to always score. The three occasions they've failed to find the net have all been on their travels and at top clubs in Ligres Sacres. They've kept 2 clean sheets this season, but they've been against Unaio Madeira & Moreirense, two poor teams who don't score enough goals. Basel had kept two clean sheets, but that run ended away at Vaduz with a 2-1 win. They've not failed to score all season and don't imagine that will be the case here.

Sparta Prague v Schalke – Both Teams to Score? Yes

It's off to the Czech Republic for this Europa League match between two teams who drew 2-2 when they last met. It was a late equaliser for Schalke and they'l be looking to take that momentum forward. Chelsea are the only team to have beaten Sparta here and it might be a difficult challenge for the German side. They might get on the score sheet though as they've scored 9 goals in their 3 Europa League outings so far this season. Both teams have found the net in all 3 of Schalke's last matches and 3 of their last 4 have ended with over 2.5 goals. Sparta were on the wrong end of a 2-1 defeat last time out, before that, they had kept a number of clean sheets, but against lesser Czech teams, they'd score plenty of goals in the process. The home side have only failed to score here twice all season, with one of those coming on the 1st day of the season. I can see both sides finding the net here.
