They come up against Empoli, who have been scoring and conceding, with all their games finishing with 2 goals or more, with both sides netting. The home side are very poor under Pepe Mel and have only scored 2 goals this season in their opening 4 games. They also got hammered 5-0 by Real Madrid, which can't have done their confidence any good. Deportivo have the same number of points, they also drew 1-1 with Valencia away from home, but they won their last game, away from home, they put 3 past Rayo Vallecano. Working it out, Rayo Vallecano beat Gijon two games ago, who then went on to beat Deportivo narrowly this weekend, which complicates things somewhat. However, the away have been better on the road, with all their points collected there so far and crucially they are scoring goals. 

 

 

RB Leipzig v Freiburg – Freiburg Draw No Bet

Two teams who are looking upwards towards promotion from Bundesliga Zwei and I'm backing the away side to come through here. Not only may there be a protest inside the ground from a large section of fans, which is never conducive to helping players concentration, but also because Freiburg have terrific away form and can take maximum points back here. Freiburg lost just once this season, that was to top club Bochum and they are unbeaten in their last 5. RB Leipzig have lost twice at home this season to sides sitting in 2nd and 4th place in the table. Freiburg are sandwich inbetween in 3rd place.
