Swansea v Spurs – Spurs Draw No Bet

At the start of the season, pundits up and down the land could be heard lamenting Spurs and heaping praise upon Swansea for their early season endeavours, but the tables have turned and Spurs now suddenly find themselves coming into this as one of the form teams in the league. A 4th beckons if they can collect maximum points here against a strangely out of form Swansea side. Gary Monk has done a superb job so far, but their last victory came against Man Utd and since then they've lost at Watford and to Southampton. The goals have seemingly dried up and with the confidence Spurs have suddenly found, they could exploit that. His first goal of the season can only benefit Harry Kane, the monkey is off his back and he can play with a little more freedom.

Schalke v Koln – Schalke win

A 14:30 kick off in the Bundesliga for Schalke, who are in form and chasing down the top 3 sides. Schalke haven't lost at home, they've only been beaten once all season and they'll be looking to continue that against a fairly inconsistent Koln side. They beat Gladbach before their manager change and sudden upturn in form, but they also got battered 6-2 by Eintracht Frankfurt, so they shouldn't be too much of a challenge for Schalke. Anthony Modeste is in form for the away side and he is the one player that Koln will have to be wary of, but they should continue their recent impressive run which has seen them beat Mainz, Hamburg and Stuttgart

Vitesse v Groningen – Vitesse to win

A short price this one but I can't ignore the contrast the contrast in form of these two sides. Groningen have had a hectic schedule of late, last week they played 4 games in the space of 10 days and that was due to their committments in the KNVB Beker as holders and the Europa League. They started to wilt towards the end and a difficult away trip to Portugal was never ideal ahead of this fixture. They lost 1-0 to Braga and have generally struggled on the road all season, failing to register a win so far. They have some very talented players, Simon Tibbling, Mamman Mahi and Brian Linssen are all extremely useful and dangerous, but to ask them to perform as often as they have been is stretching it a little. It's far from ideal that they come against a side who are yet to lose at home and they should find this task very tough.

Levante v Villareal – Villareal win

What tremendous form Villareal have been in! They sit top of La Liga at this early stage having scored 12 goals in their opening few games and are yet to be beaten this campaign. They have won their last 5 games and they travel away to lowly Levante in hope of extending that run. Levante had 3 put past them by Getafe, it's very rare that they score more than a single goal, so their defensive capabilities have to be seriously examined. They are yet to win this season, they have drawn three times, against Las Palmas, Eibar and Sevilla, all of whom would be considered lesser opponents than high flying Villareal. It should be comfortable for the away side.

Charlton v Fulham – Both Teams to Score? Yes

To the Championship for this one. Fulham are an odd team, they put 4 past West London rivals QPR, but then went down to 10 men and lost hopelessly to Wolves. The men from the Black Country are back in form after a poor period, so It could be overlooked. Charlton started the season to much acclaim, beating Hull here at the Valley, but then it all went pear shaped and they seem to be playing with a much slower tempo and not attacking with as much gusto as earlier in the season. The one thing that Fulham were often good for was both sides finding the net, it hasn't happened in their last two matches, but they nearly always score (when they keep 11 men on the field) and Charlton should pose enough of a threat to score a goal.
