Spurs v Liverpool Betting Tips:

Liverpool have of course dominated all the headlines, news and analysis ahead of the game. With the draw away to Everton the Anfield hierarchy finally decided that enough was enough and fired Brendan Rodgers. They then moved aggressively, swiftly and decisively to bring Jurgen Klopp in.

Klopp's title winning sides with Dortmund were based on a counter attacking high pressing style. It remains to be seen whether this style will succeed in the Premier League. Klopp's final year in the Bundesliga suggested that opponents may have nullified the approach. More than this though with Klopp still, no doubt, changing the décor in Brendan Rodger's old apartment no one will be expected him to have Liverpool playing in his image just yet.

As for Spurs, they are a team that it is hard to get a handle on. The thrashed Manchester City 4-1 at home before then drawing against both Monaco and Swansea. Overall this since it would be fair to say that Tottenham haven't really got going yet.

As a final thought I'm going to back Sturridge to score anytime. Sturridge is probably the second best finisher in the Premier League behind Aguero and he will be the best striker on show in the game by some margin.
