Southampton vs Leicester: Over 2.5 goals @ 8/11

Southampton seem to have rediscovered their form from last season whilst Leicester continue to be a surprise package and will be hoping to keep that going. Southampton’s last four games have had at least three goals in and so have Leicester’s last five. This game looks like one that should have plenty of goals in, with both sides a bit shaky at the back and stronger going forward.

Crystal Palace vs West Ham: Over 2.5 goals @ 10/11

Palace and West Ham are enjoying the season so far, both sides have impressed and European football is being mentioned as a possible target for both. West Ham have picked up really good results on the road so far this season but will face a tough challenge against a good Palace side. Five of West Ham’s last six games have had over three goals in and the last couple of meetings have had four goals in, this one should be the same.

Burnley vs Bolton: Burnley win @ 3/4

Burnley are adapting well to life in the Championship and will fancy their chances of returning to the Premier League at the first time of asking. Bolton are currently in the bottom three and haven’t won in their last four, they’ve only picked up one point on the road so far this season and I don’t fancy their chances against a Burnley side who have ten points from five home games.

Coventry vs Blackpool: Coventry win @ 13/20

Blackpool have won their last three games and have caught up with the teams above them. Coventry are fifth but have a game in hand and if they win it they could be top. Despite their good recent form I think that Blackpool will be in for a struggle against Coventry. Coventry have been good at home, they have 13 points from five games, I think that they will get another win this weekend.

Crewe vs Gillingham: Gillingham win @ 5/6

Bottom place Crewe host third place Gillingham in this League One clash this weekend. Gillingham are unbeaten in their last four games in all competitions and will be full of confidence ahead of this game. Despite winning last time out Crewe lost their three games prior to that. I think Gillingham will have too much class for Crewe this weekend, especially as Crewe have picked up just two points at home this season.
