The first of three televised games in the FA Cup this Sunday comes from The City Ground with a Noon kick-off. The FA Cup may be something West Ham could do without as they currently sit 19^th in the Premier League. Forest are fairing slightly better and sit 5^th in the Championship.

Big Sam has made it very clear he will rest a lot of players for this one with West Ham focusing on Premier League survival. With Forest unbeaten in six and winning their last two at home, despite being a division lower they are the favourites here and I fancy them to grab the win. Despite their dreadful form, West Ham have scored in four consecutive matches and in their last three on the road. West Ham have found the net a bit more recently but struggle to hold on to leads and have conceded far too many goals of late.
