Now a seven year-old, he has travelled all over the world taking in the racing delights of Dubai, Hong Kong, and France as well as at home in Ireland and over in England as well. At his best he has the strongest form on offer, should appreciate the drop in class from Group 1 to Group 3 and looks the one they all have to beat.

As for the highlight of Saturday’s racing action – the 2000 Guineas, I cant see past KINGMAN (13/8 SkyBet) however hard I try. The price is pretty short considering the strength of opposition but he was so visually impressive when hacking up at Newbury (though it was a slow time), and I am told he has improved considerably on the Newmarket gallops. With that in mind, despite the collection of high-class individuals in opposition, Kingman ought to take all the stopping for trainer John Gosden and jockey James Doyle.
