After starting the season well, Fulham have painted a picture of nothing other than mid-table mediocrity, as summed up by their current home form, which reads just two wins in six. One of those wins came at the start of December though, and they have only won three of their past eighteen league games. They now just sit just six points above the relegation zone. Scoring has dried up at the Cottage but they continue to average over 1.5 goals a game so they should be a good tip to score at least once.  Don’t expect them to get a clean sheet though – they haven’t kept one at home since October.

Stoke may have beaten Reading in their last Premier League outing but they were on a miserable run on one win in ten before. Goals have really dried up for them too, only one side in the division have scored less away from home and they have failed to score in more than half these fixtures. Unsurprisingly, Stoke have built their away form on an organised defence and they have kept a creditable four clean sheets on their travels.

Fulham have won this fixture in three of the past four seasons and home advantage should see them through again. Don’t expect a classic though.
