Football Accumulator Tips

AS Roma v Lazio – Both Teams to Score? Yes

A 2pm kick off in Serie A and two teams which have been firing in the goals. Roma have been involved in a couple of bonkers games in the Champions League with Leverkusen have also been scoring plenty domestically. They failed to score in a Serie A game for the first time this season last week on their visit to Inter, I don't see that as a concern however as Inter have the best defensive record in the division and Roberto Mancini set up his side perfectly to counter any threat from the away side. They've scored in every other match and have only kept one clean sheet, that came in a 0-2 away win at Frosinone early in the season. There are a couple of players missing for Roma such as Maicon and Florenzi, but that shouldn't stop this being a great game. Lazio wil play their part two, a side who were in good form until losing 3-1 to AC Milan last week. They have scored in every game since the 20th Sept and although they've kept a couple of clean sheets, they've all been at home. 

 

Marseille v Nice – Both Teams to Score? Yes 

Plenty of action in Ligue 1 today and it's been a busy old period for both of these sides. Marseille were in action on Thursday night in the Europa League beating Braga whilst Nice played on Wednesday, losing to Nantes in a fixture which was replayed after the initial tie was rained off with 10 minutes left to play. Nice welcome back Vincent Koziello and Massime Le Marchand, which will freshen up the side and give them a different impetus after picking up just 1 point from their last 3 games. They've scored in 2 of them though. Hatem Ben Arfa is also looking to make a point back here where he won the Ligue 1 title. Marseille have central defender Nicholas N'Koulou missing through suspension after he picked up a 5th booking and he will be greatly missed for a Marseille side who have defended well recently. They've only kept 2 clean sheets all season and whilst Nice have only shut out their opponents once. There's plenty of goals when these two are involved and we're hoping this time the South of France provides plenty of entertainment. 

 

FC Midtjylland v Esbjerg – Both Teams to Score? Yes

FC Midtjylland specialised in keeping clean sheets earlier in the season, but since then it's gone a little pear shaped in terms of defending. They shipped 5 to Napoli in the Europa League on Thursday which can't do their confidence any good coming into this. They've conceded 7 goals in their last 3 games in the Danish Super Liga and I fancy Esbjerg to at least get on the scoresheet here. They've not got the best record on this ground, but when these teams last met (At Esbjerg) it finished 3-3. I've got no worries about the home side finding the net as Esbjerg haven't kept a clean sheet since the 28th August and that's their only defensive credit this season. They've scored in each of their last 5 matches and in 6 of the last 7 and I think they can find the target against a Midtyjlland who defensively are there for the taking.
