Parish Hall is a class horse who has failed to quite live up to the very lofty expectations connections had for him as a juvenile. He should go off favourite for the 4.25pm over a mile and a quarter at The Curragh and I am happy enough to oppose him. TARANA (6/1 bet365) is thought of as a world beater at home but has had her little niggles. She receives a substantial 10lbs, which may be enough to tip the balance and She could finally live up to her early promise.

As for the jumps here in the UK, not a lot excites me to be fair as their season rolls to an end but maybe, just maybe, a bet on ALDOPICGROS (2/9 Betfred) in the 4.30pm at Wincanton is worthwhile. One of the easiest winners of the season last time out at Newbury in a better race, he reverts to plain old novice class here and it really is difficult to see what can stop him making it three wins on the bounce for trainer Paul Nicholls!
