Both Teams to Score Tip for Saturday’s Football

Everton v Stoke City 11/10:

Goodison Park welcomes the Potters on Saturday for a Premier League clash, which is the more likely to produce goals. Everton go into this match after slipping all three points against Liverpool in the dying moments last time out in the Premier League. Stoke on the other hand are beginning to re-invent their red and white stripes, currently unbeaten in their last four games. Stoke also edge away from the drop zone after a great performance against Sunderland last time out, producing a 2-0 score line. Both teams are not afraid of scoring goals, Everton pegged three past Liverpool and Stoke have produced a better record of scoring, when compared to last season. Stoke City have scored in their five games previous to the Goodison battle, cranking up twelve goals in total, two being put past Manchester Utd at Old Trafford.

Cardiff v Arsenal 10/11:

The second welsh introduction in the Premier League have already produced two good results against the league giants, one being against Manchester City and last time out, they claimed a draw against Manchester Utd. Cardiff will have to put their scoring boots on again, as the league leaders travel to the Red Dragon territory. The Gunners are producing a fine show this season both in the Premier League and in the UEFA Champions League. Arsenal, similar to Cardiff boasts a good scoring record. Recently in Europe, Marseille went back to France from the Emirates losing 2-0 and the North London team also managed to win away in Germany against Dortmund. A difficult task of picking a result, but surely goals will be scored in this one.

Barnsley v Birmingham 7/10:

Birmingham travel to Oakwell on Saturday, to face Barnsley whom also share the same traits with the blues at the moment in the SkyBet Championship. Both teams are struggling so far this season, and in their last five games for both teams, only one win has been gained. Goals do come with both teams; Birmingham recently grabbed a point against promotion candidates, Blackpool. Barnsley’s recent achievement was an impressive 3-2 win against Middlesbrough, however this win arrived way back in October. This match is surely going to produce a close display of football, but both teams will be edging for goals, as they hope to rectify their seasons.

Preston v Bristol City 4/6:

Preston North End hope to continue their good form and five game current unbeaten streak when Bristol City arrive at Deepdale this Saturday. Preston are gaining ground each week against 2^nd position Leyton Orient, whom stumbled against Bristol City in their last league clash. Bristol City are now two points off safety after gaining eight points from their last five games. A tough league to escape from, but Bristol City have started their siege at the correct time.

EXETER V BURY 8/11

Exeter may lie in 12^th position, but they have only managed to gain one point in their last five games, with the point arriving, most recently against Wycombe. Bury will travel down to Exeter, unbeaten in four, and on the bounce of a vital victory against Hartlepool. A match that certainly wouldn’t interest many on paper, but Bury will need to scrape more points as the relegation zone beckons, three points at St James Park would be a huge boost. As for Exeter, this poor form needs to rejuvenated with a run of good results, otherwise they too will heading down the league table.
