2.40 Fontwell – Valco De Touzaine

Valco De Touzaine has become a little disappointing having been well spoken of when arriving from France. Decent ground suits and Don Alco's often come into their own over longer distances so he is given one more chance to prove himself.

3.05 Ayr – Hollow Penny

It was a career best at the Cheltenham Festival last time for Hollow Penny following some sound efforts in good novice company. Although two pounds higher here this doesn't look as deep on quality and he can finish his season on a high.

3.55 Newbury – Lucky Beggar

This is likely to be hectic with plenty who like to race on the speed. Lucky Beggar won this race last year from a pound lower mark and his ability to stay a sixth furlong might just help him see this out better than most.

6.10 Bath – Demora

The three year olds get a big ten pound pull with their elders in this Listed race but it's still early in the season for them. The oldest in the lineup is Demora but she is a class apart from most, has a good record fresh as well as a C&D win on this ground in the past.
