Football Betting Tips – England v Estonia Predictions

Football betting tips for tonight's Euro 2016 qualification match between England and Estonia featuring the best bets selected by our tipster for the 19:45 Kick Off. England may have already qualified, but there's still plenty of value to be found.

Football Betting Tips – England v Estonia

If England are playing for pride and the opportunity to develop as a team heading into the Euros in the summer then the opponents Estonia are playing just for the opportunity to play in the Euros. Estonia need to win both their games to remain with any chance of qualifying for France 2016. It is fair to say that they will be highly motivated for this game even if the odds are stacked against them.

As for the team news England head into this game without captain and record goalscorer Wayne Rooney whilst there are also doubts over Danny Ings and Jonjo Shelvey who have failed to train on Tuesday and are doubtful.

As a punter it is important to be dispassionate. So what do we know about this game? This first thing we know is that England are a much superior side to Estonia. The table shows this and the team sheet shows this. England aren't a great side and they probably aren't right now a good side but they have players in the team that Estonia can only dream of having.

The second thing we know is that Estonia will be far more motivated than England. Roy Hodgson can talk about wanting to win every game in qualifying and that is all well and good but it isn't going to motivate millionaire Premier League players in the same way that Estonia are going to be motivated.

Even if the price wasn't so short then I couldn't back England here. Even at 28/1 though backing Estonia is a tough ask. Instead then I'm going to go down the middle and back the draw that looks tasty at 8/1.

The first of my football betting tips for England v Estonia is Draw – 8/1 with Betfair

As my second tip I'm looking at the goalscorer market more specifically the last goalscorer market and the man I'm backing is Theo Walcott. Walcott is in great form. He is finally playing in the striker role he wants and with Rooney out he will want to stake a claim to play as the lone out and out forward for the bigger matches. With Estonia needing a win they will likely have to push up and attack. When this happens they will leave space at the back and this space will be exploited by the pacey gunner.

The second of my football betting tips for England v Estonia is Last Goalscorer – Theo Walcott. 4/1 William Hill

This game isn't going to be settle quickly and the half time draw looks a likely outcome. I've already tipped the draw but betting on the half time result offers a bit more protection if you think that England will eventually break down Estonia.

The third of my football betting tips for England v Estonia is for the Half Time Draw. It can be backed at 2/1 with Bet365
